Data breach policy statement

Fremantle Ports commits to comply with the OAIC’s Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme and the WA Government’s Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing (PRIS) Legislation (draft).

 In the event of any loss, or unauthorized access or disclosure of an individual’s personal information, Fremantle Ports will:

• Investigate the data breach.
• Attempt to remedy the breach.
• Determine if it is an eligible data breach, if so
• Notify the person and the OAIC as soon as reasonably practicable.
